Thousands of clients use our mailing service every year. We save them time, worry, last-minute scrambling and MONEY. The nominal charge for this service is more than offset by the savings on postage costs, shipping costs, clerical costs, and in some cases, even local taxes.
POSTAGE SAVINGS.
We mail hundreds of thousands of products for our customers every year. We handle this both efficiently and economically. In most cases we use our own Bulk Rate Permit. There is no charge for the permit. We charge ONLY for the actual postage, which can save from 38% to as much as 58% over first class rates. The savings by using our Bulk Rate Permit more than offsets the cost of our mailing service.
TIME SAVINGS.
Add to those savings the elimination of time and clerical costs involved in the customer processing their own mailings. All we need is the mailing list at least 45 days prior to the mailing date. (For overseas mailings, the list may be required much earlier).
ADDITIONAL SAVINGS.
Since the mailing will be done by us, the customer also saves the shipping cost. In addition, there are several states at present where local taxes need not be collected on orders where we do the individual mailings. (Check local tax authorities for applicability in your location). The chart below will show you your charges based on a minimum of 200 or 50 pounds (to qualify for Bulk Rate Postage).

Extra Copies of Mailing List

Option 0184 - $20.00ea. Repeat clients receive one copy of their previous year's mailing list at no extra charge to update for their current mailing. Additional copies available for charge shown.

Don't forget to add the correct packaging option to your order. Calendars for the Will-Mail Program should be inserted in envelopes with protectors or in mailing tubes. Please see the packaging options for each calendar for the option number and pricing.

Postage and shipping Rates used will be in effect at the time of printing.
PLEASE NOTE: A bulk mailing MUST HAVE 200 PIECES OR 50 POUNDS. If mailing lists are submitted early enough we will make every effort to match them up with other mailings. If these calendars can not be matched up they will have to be mailed and charged at the First Class Postal Rate.
