If you are not completely satisfied with any item(s) purchased from A Showcase of Gifts simply return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund; excluding shipping and handling. Package must be returned in its original condition along with sales/packing slip. There will be a 20% re-stocking fee for items returned after 30 days. Please see our Return Policy.

(Click on "Contact Us" at the top of this page) We will investigate and communicate with the factory to find a solution to the issue. There will be a resolution.
