You must contact us via email at info@ashowcaseofgifts.com or glenda@kgunlimited.com BEFORE returning any items. Items returned without contacting us will NOT get to their intended destination.
You must NOT ship items back to our P.O. Box address located in various places on this website. That is NOT where items are to be returned. If they are returned to our P.O. Box we will have to charge you shipping costs for forwarding to our fulfillment center.
RETURN POLICY - If your giftline item is damaged in any way you may return the item within 30 days of delivery for a replacement. With calendars, arrangements need to be made with the factory. Communication between yourself and K&G Unlimited, LLC will need to take place.
Refunds are contingent upon inspection of item(s) once we receive it. There is a 20% restocking fee for returned items that are not being exchanged and are not damaged. Again you MUST contact us within 30 days if you intend to return ANY item back to our store. Items returned to us AFTER 30 days and WITHOUT contacting us will NOT be refunded.
If you then wish us to return the item back to you we will have to bill you for shipping.
We do not refund shipping costs that you pay on returned items.
All closeouts and special order products are non-refundable.
